Best part of that picture is it comes months after the doj and sec ran a full investigation into CMKX. It came months after they subpoenaed the Wells Fargo account of John Edwards showing he wrote the SGGM checks. It came months after the doj and sec subpoenaed the 100 accounts at Silver State Bank. It came months after the whole 64 million dollar fraud was busted.
Now that’s amazing hey the doj and sec literally aided the fraud by their inaction. Any other stock would have been halted and the known fraud stopped.
Ernie44, this picture does not show the best part of that race that day. This picture was taken on the backside of turn one. When the camera switch to the front side of turn one the picture froze for 7 Seconds on national TV. I don't need to imagine that, I watched it live along with many others. Saying that it was staged would open up Pandora's Box to a conspiracy theory. Yes it worked very well.
