The company is not responsible for the rogue group that has been running around and issuing fake PRs on many companies of late. The fact is the company called BS pretty much right away on that PR and issued the statement regarding. The company has been very transparent with it’s communication. The SEC is after this group that keeps putting out fake PR‘s and certainly not the company. There is a good track record being kept of all the companies that have been hit by this group and I think everybody including the companies would like to see them caught.
