I still haven't seen a response or a brief, and there are only two more hours in today's trading day, plus another trading day on Monday. The appellees still have a deadline of Monday to file their response.
As I said yesterday, I counted 28 different corporations or LLCs that were all appellees. Each one of them has a different legal team, so it's possible that some of them could file before the court-ordered deadline while others miss the deadline.
IMHO, every individual company or LLC that misses the November 19th deadline will lose the case and will thus receive a severe financial penalty for it.
Also IMHO, every time an individual appellee misses that deadline, the Greenshift Corporation should gain some sort of financial advantage, perhaps some court-awarded legal fees in addition to the ability to use some of their now-undisputed patents for the purpose of making licensing deals.
