gers… I know defendants need time to file arguments that are often very serious, but the judges can tell if they are just spinning everyone's wheels either to have time to save more cash, or to explore other avenues of research they or their Lawyers come up with? It's a lot of cash they are having nightmares about, besides being EXTREMELY BAD for business if they are found guilty, and are found liable for at least a good portion of the damages? So they will try their hardest to keep delving in their past to find some answers!!

Right now they are straining their brains to the maximum to find some loopholes they can use to their advantage! Any little documented piece of evidence that shows their innocence or accidental misuse of our patents could lower their Fines/Costs significantly?
