It's a joke.

Some promoters are claiming there are billions of "counterfeit" MAXD shares (whatever that's supposed to mean) This conspiracy theory claims people own 20 billion "counterfeit" MAXD shares in addition to the 7 billion "real" MAXD shares.

An anonymous web document is telling people that "no shares are available for sale under $0.01. Therefore, any shares sold below this price are not real shares".
