If the inside information is that they plan on buying the company or that they are moving forward on that plan, it wouldn't be inside information. If however, the company bought a lottery ticket that won, and Scepter knew about it, then it would be a problem for them had they bought on that info.
I am not happy about how quiet mPhase has been over the year. It may have something to do with clearing out the past debt that should have already been taken care of. If the business looks bleak, they can negotiate a much better deal - and they still got some negotiating to do. They also went to court last year and and negated two notes payable. According to the filings:
My guess - and only a guess - is that we should see an elimination of debt within the next month or two. I base this guess on the recent 13sg's that were filed.
As for the no volume thing. It happens every so often. Last week we had pretty good volume. Could simply be some investor buying, could be Scepter. I personally hope it is Scepter because it will be the cheapest shares they can buy. In turn it would add value to our shares once they own the shell.
