I think your assessment here is a little off. I think that institutional shares have been driving this pps down. Institutional selling has been driving the whole market down. Usually big money will sell into strength and buy weakness. Things are looking pretty week now, and aphria will announce its partnership with diageo soon. This sector should enter a short bull market again soon
