We now know the real deal with those APRU shares he says he "owns" but not the 20% claim of Watershed.

The APRU was forced out of him. Now, we can only hope the 10-Q will explain Watershed.

Ask yourself, if he was to divest his 20% interest today, what would he clear? It's like buying a house for $200K one day and then sell it the next. You don't put $200,000 in the bank.
