Very well said and i totally agree... was gonna write something very similar yesterday.

I have yet to see a company that said rs and didnt do it... so expect an rs.

There are bigger issues here that just uplisting will not magically resolve.

Many companies that rushed to uplist via rs and toxic financing didnt get their problems resolved and only to delist few years later.
