I just got served with a R/S at OTTV from 36M shares to 60k is a big reduction. The CEO posted several times over and over and I quote NO R/S and we got 500:1. Please don’t trust any CEO blindly.

Certainly wouldn't be the first time a pinky r/s after ceo said they wouldn't.That statement was also made quite awhile ago so doesn't really pertain to current situation.
