#106747 RE: DrPT #106746

I made over $100K on BVTK last year, but their SS went to hell so I sold every share. Now they are announcing a 10000:1 reverse split. 11 Billion in the OS...Interesting how people believe these companies when they say 'no rs'...
There are only two meaningful ways to reduce an oversized OS - RS and buyback. Buybacks take money, which is what most of the pinks don't have. I've held 50% of my stock during an RS, and within a few weeks, the price was back down to the pre-split range. That means I lost 75% on the shares I didn't sell. Lesson learned - NEVER hold ANY stock through an RS. Sell it all before, then wait long enough to see where it settles, and THEN buy if all other conditions are acceptable. (I used to own some OTTV also - got out of that long ago...)
TGGI is unlikely to do an RS, as they don't have to sell shares to keep afloat.
