I think Solomon has chosen not to make TRW pay its debt to SIAF out of its profits because he is so selfish that he is concerned with his own position and not the interest of other shareholders

Chosen to - or forced to - but the consequence remains the same.

If they don't get things rolling with the cash dividend and the TRW-distribution, then it might be time for us to wreck havoc - I still can't wrap my mind around that Solomons compensation is legal. If we are able to destroy that one, then he will start to feel our pain and then maybe his priorities will change...
