sparty I think Solomon has chosen not to make TRW pay its debt to SIAF out of its profits because he is so selfish that he is concerned with his own position and not the interest of other shareholders. He may need to give farmers a credit of 6 months or more to do business with them. I think that if HSA for instance cannot be sold and does not transfer part of its profits to SIAF it has next to no value for SIAF.
