Here is my little trip down memory lane..

Dr. Phan..Round and round..Never got past square one..So much potential good things..Nothing to show..

David Chen...Had a plan of sorts..Had it going good for a second..The SEC came ...and he went..

Carry Hartwick..Tried her best to right the ship..Came up short by one item..The SEC..Clean up was done correctly..Hrct is better for it..

Dr. Hu ..Came to Hrct, lit up the SEC and got things taken care of in what seemed like minutes..Turned right into his plan..The foundation I talked about is the one Dr. Hu is building..With China Princely as the centerpiece, Hrct is trying to gather enough schools to create a name in vocational education and provide quality education for the folks that attend..Dr. Hu has already met with shareholders, changed the web site and has MOU's with three separate schools and a fourth by way of it's relationship to China Princely...Dr. Hu has caught my attention..He has done more in a few short months than many have in years..The most skeptical of Hrct shareholders should be sitting up and taking notice..Things are moving..Dr. Hu is doing things...Not just blowin in the wind...The more we see, the more I think we'll like this plan..Once even one of these deals goes through and the ice is broken, the difference between today's Hrct and the Hrct of the past should be obvious..Good luck to all of us..

Aloha

well making acquisitions with no dilution isn't really possible with no cash and no assets. I am curious as to the cost of capital but stock is our only currency right now and thus the only option in growing the company. don't see anyone lending HRCT on a straight debt deal at present.
