You are right. You can't sell because you'll tank this stock even more. Unless VTSI does a 180, which is possible, you're sitting on "dead money". Hope it turns out OK for you, but I think only a buy-out by a bigger fish will do the job. A buy-back, even for the all their cash will only stop the bleeding temporarily. A dividend is wishful thinking. Ferris would never give away a penny to anyone, let alone his shareholders, who, it would seem, he holds in contempt.
