no thats good they have to put that there, George took over & this is at shell company stage. thats why a reverse merger would be awesome. they take over shell companies. most dont make it, but it gets private companies public quicker. thats a good hurdle. especially if it goes down without a RS. good thing. this should make if fine with the new CEO takeover! seriously.
