And Egan sold the shell that he spend $100k+ year on to keep current forever, for a measly $25k, and also keep some shares that according to you will be worthless. Are you for real? All the pudding is in the filings. Just because it's been 11 months, and we have heard nothing, means this is dead? I think not. Jones was just appointed CEO in June and we are talking about a mega deal worth billions and billions. These things don't happen overnight, or in 6 months either. These guys(including their legal team) are all legit. If you have actual facts to share to prove otherwise, we are all ears. Otherwise, do us all a favor and spew your nonsense elsewhere.

Referring to the change in control states nothing about Enbridge owning 30.07. In fact it states nothing regard Enbridge

this doesn't corroborate the 30% enbridge ownership so not sure where you're getting it from unless you know of other sources more recent than June? of course i'm sure you wouldn't share anyways.
