Never said the 10k wouldn't be out by EOY, but that I suspect it may be another month minimum before we see it and could still rally before EOY. The reason people keep referring to JRF is valid. How many S&L's came to past in 2018? The answer is 1, unless you know something we don't. And that is due to JRF. This time last year I told Rocket the stock wouldn't go anywhere without being fully audited. Fast forward to Nov 2018 and I'm still right. Cognitive dissonance is a term that should be understood here.
