I have no idea about why Sandberg decided to leave. My guess is that he have tried for so long to get Solomon to listen without success and this was his last way of giving a strong message. We will see what happens.
Siaf might as well delist (or get kicked out as they will eventually) from Merkur. Why should they have the holding company listed in Norway when they will list TRW in HK? To be closer to furious shareholders? Nisse and IR are gone. Bertil aka "Business development manager Scandinavia" is also gone. They will not be accepted at the main list at Oslo Børs and right now all interest and most growth potential is in TRW because of the aquaculture (which was the reason for choosing Norway). SJAP will not get listed soon either unless something very surprising comes up.
