SIAF Sweden is not the holding company. It's a subsidiary?

In general they need a bigger audience, not a smaller one. I don't think delisting would be a good idea.

Mr Fister Most of the shares that are traded are listed on Merkur. It would have been more natural to be listed on First North in Sweden but the attempt to get listed there failed. My guess is that most Swedish shareholders prefer being listed in Oslo on a stock exchange that is not being manipulated by market-makers on the otc in the US. I guess that is why so many transferred their shares from the otc to Merkur. THE NUMBER OF SHARES NOW LISTED MERKUR SHOWS THAT BUYERS OF MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF SHARES HAVE BOUGHT THEM ON MERKUR AND NOT ON THE OTC BECAUSE THE PREFER MERKUR.
