He has had similar involvement with other bios as well. Like TTNP
which has HQ in SF. As I recall he undermined them as well. As did the FDA with their iloperidone drug. And Probuphine. The FDA did a number on them on both of those drugs. ADCOM actions similar to what seems to have happened with AMRN. IMO
