Yes, among other requirements.

However, we do know that the "strange" document which was a stock sale/capital raise with FZC Securities was real.

That contract called for NEAH to uplist to an appropriate exchange after 6 months, we know that did not happen. However, the requirement was in the contract.

As for when we find out, who knows ?
