We can't never go back to the 50s when after 2 world wars, the economies of the world were growing and the USA was King of the world. Nowadays we can only expect a GDP growth of 3-4% and we did ... under Trump time. Obama for all I know had no economic policy, nor defense and his only accomplishment is a half baked health care coverage for everybody but it is not sustainable and will fall apart in a few years.
