From JANUARY 22nd: "Over the coming days, shareholders can expect additional filings thereby solidifying the uplist process. OTC Markets will remove the “pink” designation in exchange for OTCQB once complete."

11 months later and not uplisted, but sitting here with a stop sign. Let's stop defending Roger and hold his feet to the fire. He's holding this company and pps back! Not fulfilling the Walmart order for the holiday season was the last straw for me, I can't hold my tongue any longer!

Regarding the stop sign, since I would rather first ask questions before jumping to conclusions, I received the following reply from the company when I asked if we had to wait for the 2018 10-K before filing the Q1 2019 fins:

"To answer your question, if the audit is not completed by the time the Q is due, we intend to file the Q anyways as it is not part of the audit that is underway."

So expect the Q1 fins to be filed either this week, or next week, the latest...
