A lot has happened over the past year. On top of audits, they also have to manage a rapidly growing company that makes $XX,XXX per day, $XXX,XXX per week, $X,XXX,XXX per month and $XX,XXX,XXX per year.
They can hire people, but it takes time to find solid players. They have been on a non stop hiring spree... Its not like everyone is sitting around and waiting for things to happen. No doubt they are very busy, in all regards. A RAPIDLY growing small company requires individuals to wear many hats and naturally there will be some mistakes... Why do you think Morning was bought for so little? They were in financial dire straits. Roger is to accept blame here as he needs to take the bull by the horn and get these Morning guys pushed along which he apparently has not done. If they miss this holiday season because they cannot design a box or a game piece in time, it will be considered a major blunder and Roger will have to accept the responsibility as CEO. The pps has been punished ad nauseum because there continues to be reasons to punish it. It's sadly comical Roger even mentioned we might apply for the QX prior to the EOY. Not bashing him, just calling it as reality dictates. Clock is ticking on this holiday season and ticking fast.
They definitely will need to have key personnel in place at some point to take the bull by the horns. It's a tight rope to walk at the moment though since they need to manage costs and dilution.
