Couldn't agree with you more. GLDFF does not need a merger that will bleed them dry. Also, getting real tired of all of the Terror Techies turning the GLDFF forum into their number 2 board for pis#ing and moaning about the pros and cons of TR*C's operations. A NON-Binding letter set all of this into play. Neither company is committed to following through with this proposal if it isn't agreeable and advantageous to both. I have no plans of selling out of GLDFF until more info is known. The management of Golden Leaf has been very transparent in their sharing of information with their shareholders, I expect that they will continue to do so. Investors in both companies need to stay informed but give management time to present their intentions. GLTA
Just have to keep supplying info to Craig Eastwood. I know they will need additional approvals after any due diligence so there may be time to see not only 4th Qt results but also 1st Qt 2019. If you have to keep selling assets to keep the doors open it only raises more concerns about their competency. Now they think they can make money flipping licenses. Better to focus on quality something their Brand products and locations lack!
