AS a substantial $GLDFF$ shareholder, I was thrilled when the "Halt" occurred last Monday, anticipating super news would be divulged, once trading resumed!!

What a letdown!!

Of ALL the companies we could have teamed up with, TRTC is a real dog....and I want NO PART of this barker.

I am, unequivocally, a "no vote", and I'm also thrilled there hasn't been any further PR's, about progress towards the proposed merger, being made, by either party.

Furthermore, my hope is for Simpson and his team, to think better of this move, and back out, before it's too late to do so.

As it stands, currently, the signed "Letter of Intent" is "Non- Binding"....thankfully!!!
