The company's optimism about lab space is good to see, but subletting it implies we aren't gonna use that particular space for quite a while. It's not like renting an apartment for a month. I'm hoping that we are subletting just some part of it. That is certainly consistent with Leo`s wording. But his other wording is confusing. If we're "focused on conducting clinical studies", don't we need that space? And what clinical studies? We aren't. He may have meant to write pre-clinical studies, which we are, or meant clinical study analysis.[/

They can sublets the some of thier space with their new partners, etc...

Maybe subletting to outside for manufacturing , testing etc... companies?

"don't we need that space"
IPIX seems to be set to use CROs whenever possible. They probably can do what is needed in near future with relatively small staff:

- a md and possibly a biologist to oversee safety and formulation work
- a md clinical project manager and a statistician to oversee clinical work and data analysis.
- shared associate or two for office work

As to what clinical work is planned... anybody's guess. However, even if IPIX manages to get a business partner it is my opinion that the above persons/positions are good to have for working contact with BP.
