Not sure of thats the Cusip for this stock or a temporary holding label.
I hope to hear from the Company next week, not that it matters financially since we cannot do anything with this right now.
I'm also wondering if maybe they were prepping the re-org and waiting on a separate material event to close, and we sniffed out the changes to SOSUS and BAM ! they had to lock this down.
