In simplest terms pouring from open vessel to another open vessel is an open system and pumping from sealed vessel to another sealed vessel via a sealed, connecting pipe is a closed system. There is no inference of change though even the simple act of pumping has to be evaluated for effect. It is not possible to render any intelligent final evaluation on this other than there is no reason to believe NWBO has introduced any material changes into the P3 clinical product from what we know nor whatever they have introduced has not been done with all appropriate technical evaluation, testing and reporting. This is all normal work in product development since both technical and clinical work has to be melded together into commercial readiness. The organizations they have worked with possess expertise as do some of their employees even if LP nor LG do.
