(Spain has made no claim on the Cape Canaveral shipwrecks, and Spanish ships might have been privately owned, meaning the Spanish government wouldn't necessarily have claims to them.)

This is the most interesting part...


Wasn't there arguments that all ships that were Spanish would go back to Spain whether they were merchant or military...


This highlight seemed to claim the opposite...

So if the ship in our permitted area is a Spanish merchant ship...Spain has no claim?

Am I reading this correctly?
