I don't think the partnership was a lie because I've communicated with Advantis. They (Advantis) included PNTV in their PRs, as well. It doesn't mean things will go well just because you have a partnership, either. It seems, just like many other startups, their eyes (or egos) are bigger than their capabilities. And yes, a man (or business) has to know it limitations.
For example, has PNTV started its edibles yet? Well ADVT has implemented the edible packaging, maybe to another vendor? So even if they have partnerships, they (PNTV) may not be capable of competing to sales operations.
