The scammer is, and was Marc Walther. He is the one who intentionally committed a fraud. he is the one who promoted the lies about millions in income from bagasse when the truth was IFUS was doing about 40 cents a day in sales!! LOLOLOL!! Walther was the sole check writer. He was the one who abandoned the Patent because he needed some cash. He was the one who allowed Arabie Trucking access to IFUS assets with No compensation to shareholders. he was the one who stiffed his own attorneys, the Cattleman's association, numerous web designers, vendors, the power company, etc.
Blame anyone you wish. The truth is Walther was the CEO and all authority and responsibility was his. He killed IFUS and left lots of shareholder carnage in his wake. He ALWAYS does. That's his history.
Time for shareholders to sue Walther and his Insider cabal. There are some deep pockets there for recovery.
