By the way to run the prototype SWET needed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA); primarily for the purpose of having a Counterparty to take power generated by the pilot project.

That just makes no sense. There’s no evidence that it generated any power whatsoever. It seemingly wasn’t hooked up to fans and a turbine so how exactly did it generate any power? If it had, the PR would have almost certainly made mention of it. Time to wake up now.
