By the way to run the prototype SWET needed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA); primarily for the purpose of having a Counterparty to take power generated by the pilot project.

In My Opinion
The PPA is not the issue with this company.

The SEC reporting records have something to be desired. Looks like form 4 is filed in place of 8k but 10q is filed frequently. If SWET is set up as a non filed this will not be a problem, but if SWET is set up as a standard filed this could bight us in the butt.
