Indeed, and whoever (on the inside) is selling diluted shares -- they thank you for your contribution. You might as well wait until after the 1st of the new year when shares come off restriction and will be cheaper.

And before there is any claim of no dilution -- remember that the company updated the outstanding count on November 1st but did not update the float -- and they chose not to release the annual report in order to keep things hidden -- as they have kept the total share count hidden all year -- as per usual.
