Restricted by the a/s? They could increase it. No reaon to split any stock because of limited authorized shares. No, i don´t buy it!
O/s was not 300m, i said less than 300m. 200m also also possible. In July it was 185m. No reason for any reverse split with ratio 1 for 100!
A/s is 480m btw.
Reverse split, name and symbol change, these are often signs a new pump is coming.
And to convert higher they needed to wipe retail shareholders out.
This should be the reason for the reverse split.
Again, i don´t know it, but this is what we get with other stocks which change the name and split the stock and here it´s a lot convertible debt and they have also a history of awareness campaigns.
