You are correct on all your points. You listed exactly every reason I'm always watching this to jump back in. This will have a major move at some point. Until that happens I'll keep flipping for easy money.

They couldn’t really just increase to AS. They swore blind the reason for the RS was to give value to shareholders and bring the SP into the dollar range.

That worked out real well

If they just increased the AS, what too, and what message would that send

OS at the time 250m-300m any increase is a sure fire signal they will dilute to at least that level

Just a few months later (today) they would need 800m, but they are not stopping there
