I know R Hudson is in the process of restructuring ENTI and cleaning up the baggage that he took on when he took ownership of the shell. I think he needs to make everything official in writing in order to proceed with the restructuring. So maybe that's why its all coming to light again. He's been filing a lot of forms lately.
