It appears that the CWIR ownership issue is a tug-of-war was over who owns a majority of CWIR Series A Preferred Stock. The fight appears to have been going on for years and then in 2016 Hudson decided to end it by selling his controlling CWIR shares to Townsend and gifting “other shares” to CWIR employees who were owed CWIR shares thus sealing the deal. We don’t have all the details as to why any of this was done. Then in 11/7/2018 Hudson suddenly publishes the 2/12/2016 Form 4 for everyone to read that he is "still in full control of CWIR"? What’s the deal? Hudson sells out and gifts shares to everyone to seal the deal, then he’s still "in full control of CWIR"? Anyone know what's really happening here?
