I don't think they can submit an economic model, unless and until they have worked out an incremental cost-effectiveness ratio, and a pricing proposal.

You cannot do an ICER, unless you have accurate data, evidencing just how effective is yout treatment in extending life while maintaining or enhancing quality of life.

And you can't do that until you have unblinded data to work from.

And you don't have unblinded data until.....
