I read his posts going back 2 years and none of the statements about "multiple major companies" in talks with HBRM/Dr. Agnes are substantiated with any information that was made publicly available by Dr. Agnes or HBRM. If I missed something of substance, then I would be very glad to be corrected, since I have thousands of dollars tied up in this company.

So, I ask again; where is this information, that was not made publicly available, coming from?

Remember that emails to select investors is not considered publicly available. In fact, depending on what is in them and if the receiving person takes any investment actions based on that information, it could be illegal insider trading.
