#545840 RE: willie424 #545838

It is the the usual procrastination for whatever reason. WMILT cannot make the payment to PIERS without the court and judge authorization. In the last hearing, she told Rosie to tell WMILT to go ahead and pay despite the appeal from the employees. In the last hearing, the discussion turned to possibly pay the attorney fee. She said nothing about not paying PIERS but WMILT put out a statement that there is no distribution in November. The trust only says or pays once per quarter and if they say no payment in November then you won't hear from them for 3 more months which is Feb of next year. I have gone through this game with them for the last 3 years for PIERS payment.

My speculation is that as soon as the last creditor is paid, the trust has to put out a QSR detailing how much money it has and the trust is not ready to disclose yet.
