market only does 3 things
balance- it stays in value area and chops back and forth breadth tic weak
this happens around 70% of the time

excess up- after balancing for 1-4 days it goes above the value area
and creates a new up range (30% of time)

excess down- again after balancing it goes below value area and creates
a new range down (30% of time)
