MiMiC, I am going to answer your question with a question of my own. Have you ever been in a stock that put out a great PR and the stock did not react or do anything off that PR? Have you ever been in a stock that was in a PR campaign and for a while every PR moved the stock then came a time when it did not matter if they said they did a reverse merger with Intel, the stock just no longer reacted to news?

The quick and dirty is that T/A gives a quick and dirty picture of the markets sentiment for a given stock. To get the most out of a PR, a smart penny stock will not do so until the T/A favors a move up. The chart below is strongly suggesting a move up in the next couple days even without news so thus this would be the ideal time to release a PR, around Thursday or Friday. A good smart penny stock wants to get the most bang for the buck so thus they will not release a PR while their stock is digesting or correcting. I have to run now, I'll catch you guys later.
