One share, for every Two of Proxity

I will go out on a limb and say that the day those shares hit the brokerages, you will see a major volume of sells.

My reasoning? From the looks of Proxity, there has to be lots of shareholders that bought in the 5 cent range. Those guys have been buying all the way down or selling and licking their wounds. A handout will equal some serious dilution from the SH's.
