I agree totally. Also keep in mind the dividend pmt of 1 share of CYDF for every 2 shares of PRXT you hold is about to come due soon. PRXT & CYDF are very under valued in my opinion and they both have huge potential.

PS. Don't forget about the new Proxity company... Proxity-ec.com "PECS" and the great potential there too.
