Per the S-1 they are purchasing everything, Fluid End is Five Star and Ok rig fabricators and the S-1 also states it will purchase the assets of sixy six oil services, there will be no more assets in SSOF if/when the deal happens

Agreed. I just don't see the problem here. Yes bland is back. But this goes one of two ways and each one has it's own benefits.

1) Bland fails to raise the capital - Everything remains the same and Bland is still out. We have 3 companies operating under the 665 Umbrella and each is profitable with expected revenues of $15-20mil per year (based off previous disclosures)

2) Bland does raise the capital and 10sion acquires Fluid End (Five Star) for a $10.5mil payment to 665 energy. Shareholders receive a percentage if shares in 10sion and keep their shares of 665 energy / SSOF. 665 energy now holds 2 companies under their umbrella in Sixty Six Oilfield and Oklahoma Rig Fabricators and has an additional $10.5mil in revenue for expansion.

In the second scenario Jason Clayton would likely be on the BoD of 10sion and remain CEO of 665. Hes going to be onsite anyway. It's not like if 10sion does buy Fluid End they're going to up and move the location off the premises that houses all 3 companies.
