You are wrong with second, there will be no SSOF, 10sion is acquiring everything, they are getting all of the assets of SSOF, all three entities.

You might get to keep the shares but it will be an empty shell.

You might want to re-read the S-1, focusing on the A-1 preferred shares.

People say that I am like a broken record over the A-1 preferreds. But they have been the key all along. And so many here fail to understand their importance.
