45 days after end of quarter for year end. Quarter ends 11/30. Annual due Jan 15. You can get a 15 day extension to push it to Jan 30.

Yes I stand corrected. 10/31 YE and they have 90 days, so 1/31 for annual.

Yes that is correct. Fiscal YE is October 31. companies don’t file stand alone results for the 4th quarter only an annual, which is due on January 31.
